The overall experience using MyClassCampus is pretty good, it is the most user-friendly, efficient software, very simple to use, parents know very well how to use it, which our previous software wasn’t, that is for sure.

About Institute :

The Village International School is located in the picturesque village of Kumaramangalam at Thodupuzha in Idukki District, Kerala. It is affiliated to the CBSE board, provides the perfect ambiance for the teaching-learning experience.

Problems Faced before using MyClassCampus :

• Firstly I would like to start with the Major difference I thought according to me between the software we used before and MyClassCampus is that the previous one was not a cloud-based thing, it was a server-based software, which was from a local company, they also had an office in Kerala.
• We were facing too many issues regarding it including pricing issues so we thought of changing the software.
• It was way more expensive than MyClassCampus still not as efficient and fast as MyClassCampus is!
• The reason to switch the software is the pricing mainly, I found it cost-effective firstly this is what I thought initially and then I asked for a demo then I found it very user-friendly, very very easy to use, anybody can use it, operate it, even if someone who is not educated but just know how to read can operate the system easily so this is the best thing I found after pricing I would say!:) 

After implementing MyClassCampus :

• The changes I saw after implementing MyClassCampus in the school is that now the manual processes which took a lot of time has become really smooth and fast, it surely has become efficient now. “The parents are finding it really easy to use that is something I appreciate” he added.
• The overall experience using MyClassCampus is pretty good, it is the most user-friendly, efficient software, very simple to use, parents know very well how to use it, which our previous school management software wasn’t surely. 
• The support is also good, lately, I'm having some issues with payment gateway, but I’m sure they’ll resolve it as soon as possible. But, I must say MyClassCampus is doing a great job assisting us in everything and making schools like us get digital.
