We have downloaded the application, parents can get complaints, feedback, marks, attendance through the app which amounts to a PTM every day which was being held every fortnight or quarter but interaction is now occurring everyday. PTM hua pata nahi 50% kitne parents aye kitne nahi aaye.. Vo kahenge hamare bachche ne bataya nahi,but now vo kahenge hi nahi kuch because we can always say look we cared for you, we have informed you, so now PTM has now become an everyday affair.

Cambridge Public School, conceived and opened in 1990 by Late Prof Munir Ahmad.  He had done his PhD. in English from Cambridge University, UK. It is located on the Dodhpur road in Aligarh, UP.

Problems Faced before using MyClassCampus :

• The problems that were faced before using MyClassCampus are the processes were the whole manual and not digital due to which the processes were quite slow and were lengthy as well. 
• But after implementing the system with this school management digital software, the work became fast and we started getting the information just within one click. It all became a lot easy and fast.
• I don’t think there is any better software available in the market than MyClassCampus. And even if there is, then it can’t be with these many good features that MyClassCampus offers. 

After implementing MyClassCampus :

• The experience is wonderful, the best thing is that you guys respond to the problem each time we call up and If the concerned person doesn’t respond then the 3rd or 4th guy responds to solve the problem.
• We were using some desktop-based products before MyClassCampus, it wasn’t a cloud-based, we used it for 3-4 yrs, then we found problems using it and then we stopped using that product and has now been using MyClassCampus.
• Compared to the early one, the efficiency is very good, the support is really good, we won’t feel frustrated when we have any problem in the software as there is always somebody to help out, so I would say the after-sales services are too good. 
• I’m personally getting into everything because if I’ll hand over everything to some other person, then I’ll be in the problem, someday. So what I'm doing is, I'm myself going into depth and understanding it fully. And trust me it is a very good product. 
• Communication with the parents is the best part of the MyClassCampus, that is the best. You know if there are any issues/problems, the notification goes to the parents directly, and we can track attendance as well. Kal parent ye nahi bolenge ke apne hame ye nahi bataya, humare bachche kya kar rahe hai, if somebody is not bringing a copy that complaint is also sent by the notification to the parent.
• We are right now concentrating on giving quality to the students and parents, so we have opted for this School Management software for all good facilities for them in order to make them feel easy and connected.  What I am trying to say is jitna bhi parents ko informed rakhenge jitna involve karenge, toh on the contrary, they’re only benefitted at the end.
